Anthony Gizinski

Anthony’s duties include day-to-day oversight of SPECTRUM's sales processes, underwriting, portfolio management, and credit culture, as well strategic planning. Prior to SPECTRUM, Anthony’s career was entirely with one commercial bank, rising to VP of commercial lending and group manager.
Anthony earned a BS and MBA, both in finance, from the University of Minnesota (Carlson School of Management) and has a diploma from the ABA National Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
Anthony is active with the following professional organizations: Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), The Carlson School Mentorship Program, The Risk Management Association (RMA), the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Secured Finance Network (SFN).
Mark joined SPECTRUM as Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager in 2013. His focus is on leading SPECTRUM’s business development efforts, coordinating credit approval of new customers and opening new sales offices. Mark heads a team of business development officers located throughout the Midwest, Great Lakes, Southwest and Southeast regions of the US.
Mark has over thirty years of asset based lending experience, in capacities ranging from collateral audit, portfolio management and business development. During his career, he has worked with closely held companies in manufacturing, distribution and various service industries, providing solutions when traditional bank financing was not an option.
Mark received a BS in Accounting from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN. He is a past President of the Minnesota chapter of the Turnaround Management Association where he remains active and he belongs to the MN chapter of the Secured Finance Network.
John Klehm
Senior Vice President; Michigan

John Klehm is a Senior Vice President with SPECTRUM, having over 30 years’ experience in commercial banking and asset-based finance. John joined in 2010 and is responsible for sourcing financing opportunities primarily in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.
John has a BS degree in Finance from Central Michigan University and an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University. He is active as a Board Member in the Detroit Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. For more background information, his LinkedIn profile is below.
Ryan Baker joined SPECTRUM as Vice President / Business Development Officer in October 2022. He is a Minnesota native and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, where he obtained a degree in Business Management and Marketing as well as his Leadership Certificate.
Ryan is someone with strong industry connections in the local market and well over a decade of experience in aligning lending solutions for clients in various finance and legal industries nationwide. He spends the majority of his time sourcing non-bank financing opportunities by working closely with commercial bankers, restructuring advisors, business consultants, investment bankers, CPA's and attorneys.
He is an active board member of the Minnesota chapters of the Secured Finance Network (SFNet) and Turnaround Management Association, and also serves on various committees of the Risk Management Association (RMA).
Travis joined the SPECTRUM team as Vice President / Business Development Officer in June 2020. He is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of East Carolina University, where he obtained a degree in Economics. Travis has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
He’s spent the past several years working as Vice President of Business Development for factoring companies and asset based lenders covering the Carolinas, Tennessee and Virginia. He has also held the positions of Market Executive, Business Development Officer and Commercial Relationship Manager for several North Carolina based financial institutions. Travis joined SPECTRUM with the goal of providing working capital and fixed asset financing solutions to businesses that are unable to obtain traditional bank loans. He has earned a reputation in his market for providing the most relevant financial solutions to businesses, while consistently creating a positive client experience. Travis is a member of the Secured Finance Network chapter in Charlotte.
Pamela McConlogue
Vice President, Southwest and Rocky Mountain

Pamela McConlogue joined SPECTRUM in July 2022 as Vice President of Business Development, opening their Southwest and Rocky Mountain office. In addition to representing factoring companies and asset based lenders, Pam’s career experience includes being a business owner, high school teacher and a commercial banker in the Phoenix area. In addition to Arizona, she has experience working with referral partners and prospective borrowers in Colorado, Utah, Nevada and New Mexico.
Pam is adept at recognizing that certain businesses need options to capitalize their growth other than traditional bank financing. She works closely with commercial lenders, business advisors & brokers, as well as private equity firms and CPA’s.
Pam received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Education from Miami University (Oxford). She has also held licenses for insurance, real estate, and securities. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the AZ chapter of Risk Management Association (RMA) and is an active participant in Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) in her multiple markets.
Ira joined Spectrum Commercial Finance in June 2024 as a Vice President of Business Development for the Southeast region, covering GA, FL, TN, and AL. He is a Georgia native and graduated from with honors from North Carolina A&T State University, where he obtained a degree in Business Finance. Ira also holds an MBA from Argosy University.
Ira has worked in asset-based lending at Accord Financial and Wells Fargo Capital Finance. He started his commercial banking experience at BB&T (now Truist Bank), where he graduated from the bank’s leadership development program. He spends most of his time working closely with commercial bankers, restructuring advisors, business consultants, investment bankers, CPA’s, and fundless sponsors. He is an active member of the Georgia chapters of Secured Finance Network and Turnaround Management Association.
Jeff Colquette

Jeff Colquette joined SPECTRUM in 1999, starting in the factoring and accounts receivable finance division, rising to manager in 2001. Jeff’s contributions were instrumental to the development of the various factoring due diligence and day to day operating procedures which SPECTRUM continues to utilize.
In October 2006, Mr. Colquette transitioned to an underwriting support and sales and marketing role. Jeff assists with credit analysis and documentation of many of SPECTRUM’s asset-based and accounts receivable financing clients as well as working with community bankers throughout Minnesota and loan brokers nationwide.
Jeff received his BS degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in Marketing. After graduation, Mr. Colquette worked with Ford Motor Credit Company. During his 9 year tenure with Ford Motor Credit, Jeff worked as a collections representative, marketing representative, and as a credit analyst for retail/commercial installment contracts and wholesale auto floor plans.
